Reading is fundemental to every aspect of modern life. Once children have mastered their phonics foundations, we move them towards more traditional reading routes including a comprehensive collection of books ranging from non-fiction biogaphies to graphic novels and classic literature. Children learn about the authors of their books and our writing approach is built on high-quality texts.

We also encourage an auditory love of reading and staff read regularly to children throughout the week.
